    Returns, Refunds & Delivery Policy

    If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

     

    Returns

    You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    Your item must be in the original packaging.

    If this isn't the case special arrangements need to be made and approved by FilterShop. 

    Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

     

    Refunds

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

    item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

    If your return is approved, we will then initiate a refund.

    You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

    Courier Costs will be deducted from the refund amount. 

     

    Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your

    refund.

     

    Delivery Policy

     1. General Information

    All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, or place you on a waiting list for when stock arrives. We often have alternative products that could be used as a substitute, but you will be contacted by a consultant if this is an option.  

    2. Delivery Location

    Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in South Africa[We do NOT accept orders from international customers.] Any shipments outside of South Africa are not available at this time.

    3. Delivery Time

    An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the courier companies effecting the delivery that are out of our direct control.

    Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 5 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday.

    Please note we do NOT ship during the weekend.

    Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

    4. Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed for the Shipping methods. For the Choose For Me Shipping method, we will choose the best option for you and we will email you the updated invoice. Please don't pay for the order until you have received the updated invoice.

    Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges if it is an unusually complicated situation.

    6. Damaged Items in Transport 

    If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at contact us. We will then take it up with the courier company.

    7. Export restrictions

    Filter Shop does not currently export outside of South Africa, if you are located outside of South Africa please try to arrange with a third party to collect whatever product you may need on your behalf.
